As a veteran of sustainable business design and practices and a leadership coach, this reality couldn’t make me happier! Embracing and embedding sustainability is a way to add a larger purpose and capture shared value to improve business performance. It’s also a vehicle to successfully grow trust, develop talent, and add team cohesion in any work environment.

So why aren’t we making better progress as we respond to advancing climate change and social challenges?
